THE BEST RAW, UNFILTERED HONEY
from California's Central Coast
Offering 13+ local varieties of honey, plus seasonal bees in hives and nucs, we're hands-on from hatch to harvest.

Varieties & Flavors
Raw honey is a prebiotic, supporting overall health, and a quick source of energy, and is rich in antioxidants.

San Luis Obispo Wildflower
Medium to light in color and rich in taste, this raw, natural honey is a bit bold and has excellent flavors. It is delicious drizzled over goat cheese or brie, and you'll love it in your coffee or tea.
This honey comes from the central, coastal mountains of California.

Oak Honeydew
Oak Honeydew honey is uniquely derived from plant sap, not flower nectar. Consequently it's richer in minerals and lower in glucose than honey made from nectar. Honeydew expelled from the oak lands on leaves, branches, needles, or even on the ground. During late-summer nectar shortages, bees collect honeydew from oak leaves and branches and process it just like nectar.
Rich in polyphenols, antioxidants, and probiotics, Oak Honeydew Honey has a complex herbal-floral aroma that pairs beautifully with fresh cheeses.

Orange Blossom
With its light color with fruity citrus taste, this honey is outstanding eaten right out of the jar and yummy on toast or pancakes. It's is just as delicious paired with aged cheeses, used to sweeten baked goods and as a sweetener for tea or coffee. Orange Blossom Honey provides a wide variety of antioxidants and has significant antibacterial properties.
This honey comes from Central California’s Citrus Farms at the base of the Sierra mountains.

Hot Honey
Our "best" raw, natural Coastal Sage honey is infused with crushed chili pepper flakes and a touch of apple cider vinegar. It is delicious drizzled over cheeses, crackers, muffins, and more.
All the delicious flavor you've come to love, now with a kick! Give it a try!

Coastal Sage
Full of flavor, it's one of our customer’s favorite varieties. Coastal Sage honey is an excellent all-purpose honey with a slightly sweet fruity flavor. It also pairs well with wine and cheeses.
This cheese comes from Cuesta Grade along California's central coast mountains.

Coastal Wild Buckwheat
Coastal Wild Buckwheat Honey is dark brown in color with a smooth robust taste and is very rich in antioxidants, minerals, and iron. It is effective in treating coughs and sore throats. Delicious over pancakes and wonderful in marinades & BBQ sauces, or try it drizzled over strong cheeses such as goat or blue cheese.
This honey is sourced from the blossoms of buckwheat plants located far back in the pristine San Luis Obispo County canyons.

California Holly
California Holly Honey has a warm, bright aroma and tasting notes of caramel, butterscotch, and brown sugar. Mild and perfect for everyday use. Light amber in tint, this honey is rich and smooth with just the right level of sweetness. This Raw, Natural Honey is a prebiotic, supports overall health, and is a quick source of energy, rich in antioxidants.

Bee Pollen
Bee Pollen is a nutrient-dense super-food full of proteins, carbohydrates, fats, vitamins, minerals, enzymes, amino acids, and antioxidants. Collected in the small pouches on forager bees legs, it is returned to the hive and processed into the worker bees primary food source.
It's great addition to foods like yogurt, oatmeal, smoothies, avocado toast or salads.

Black Sage
This honey is an excellent all-purpose honey with a slightly sweet fruity flavor. It pairs well with wine and cheeses.
This honey comes from a number of wineries, mining locations, and other local areas where black sage has flourished along the California's Central coastal mountains.

Morro Bay Avocado Blossom
It’s local and delicious. This year's honey picked up sage, creating a much lighter and smoother taste, with that same buttery finish. It pairs wonderfully with freshly baked bread and blends well into salad dressings and marinades.
Morro Bay Avocado Blossom Honey comes to us from the groves along Hwy 41.

Onion Blossom
This year's Onion Blossom Honey is medium-dark brown in color with a smooth unique taste. This is our most "savory" flavor of honey and is great for baking, drizzling over cheeses, a charcuterie board or other baked treat.

Stopped for the night with Harvest Host. Beautiful location. Was super hot during the day, but cooled down with a nice breeze after 7:30 PM. Fun location and lots to see (bees, chickens, goats). Amazing honey... Super friendly.
